According to a NYK Group Europe writing of March 1st 2010 the carrier is going to increase its Asia - Europe rates for all routes westbound and eastbound. This is part of NYK's Structural Revenue Recovery (SRR) programme which is vital to continue offering the service level NYK's customers expect. The increase of Westbound US$ 250 TEU and Eastbound US$ 150 TEU will be effective by April 1st 2010 and includes the following routes: All routes, both westbound and eastbound between Asia / Oceania / Indian Sub-continent / Middle East / Gulf, and North Europe / Mediterranean / East Med and Black Sea.
