Rate Restoration on ABS Service (Westbound) CSAV Norasia announces its decision to implement a general rates increase on its trade from Asia into Europe and the Mediterranean Sea. This will take place as from 1 April, 2009, when all rate agreements in place and our minimum rate guidelines are going to be increased by US$ 350/Teu, affecting the cargo from Far East and South East Asia, into Red Sea, East Mediterranean, North Africa, Black Sea, and Europe.
