UK retail far from Twitterrific

The majority of UK retailers are failing to exploit the benefits of social media, according to a new report from dotCommerce. The study of 100 UK retailers reveals that while 42 per cent have some kind of presence, 12 per cent are using more than one social media channel and only 32 per cent of retailers with a Twitter or Facebook account promote these on their website.
